Pick the right coffee box for your regular order

August 27, 2026 · Editorial Team

Choose a box size that fits how you drink coffee

If you’re signing in to manage your coffee, the first question is usually simple: how much do you actually want coming in? Some people want enough for a few careful cups. Some want a steady supply for home. Some want a larger box because coffee goes quickly in their house or office.

Now, signed-in members can choose a box size before they settle into a recurring plan. The options are Taster, House, and Cellar. That gives you a way to match the order to your routine instead of treating every shipment like the same decision.

Set the plan once, then come back to it

The useful part of a recurring coffee plan is that you do not have to rethink it every time you want coffee. You choose the size you want, save it, and keep going.

That matters if you already know the kind of coffee setup you like. Maybe you drink one cup a day and want a smaller box that keeps things fresh without piling up. Maybe you go through coffee faster and want something that feels like a regular restock. Either way, the choice stays on your account, so you do not have to rebuild it from scratch later.

See your current plan with your other coffee preferences

Once the box size is saved, it shows up on your coffee overview as your current plan. That puts the recurring order in the same place as the rest of your coffee preferences.

That sounds small, but it helps when you are checking what you have set up. Instead of guessing whether you picked the size you meant to pick, you can open your overview and see it listed there. If you prefer one note profile, one roast style, and one box size, you can check them together in one place.

A realistic way to use it

Say you have just signed in and you want coffee sent on a steady schedule. You know you do not want to think about it every week, but you also do not want to end up with too much or too little.

You open your coffee overview, look at the available box sizes, and pick Taster, House, or Cellar based on how much coffee you want on hand. You save that choice. When you come back later, your current plan is already there, alongside your other coffee preferences.

That makes the account feel more like a real coffee setup and less like a one-time checkout. You can return to it, confirm it, and keep it moving.

What to do first

If you already have a signed-in account, go to your coffee overview and choose the box size that matches your routine. Pick Taster if you want a smaller amount, House if you want a standard regular box, or Cellar if you want a larger one. Save it, then check that it appears as your current plan.

If you are setting up coffee for the first time, start with the amount you expect to use before you think about anything else. Box size is the part that decides whether your recurring order feels useful or annoying. Once that’s set, the rest of your coffee preferences can follow it.
